Ward 2 Residents' Association

An association reserved for residents of the neighbourhoods of Ward 2, in Chelsea, Québec.

Our Association provides a space for residents concerned about the democratic debate in our municipality and the many social and economic issues facing our district and the municipality of Chelsea.
